Rita Brown Smith is a veteran educator and leader with 29 years of experience. She has served as department chair, instructional lead teacher, New Teacher Academy coordinator, curriculum writer, and professional development lead teacher. A dedicated mentor and collaborator, she also serves as a Capital Region Community Educator for the Alzheimer’s Association.
